Finding a sanctuary for our wellbeing is vital. Imagine a place that's always safe and secure, a haven from the stresses and worries of your everyday life. Welcome to Caladh, I'm Rory, my speciality is using Transactional Analysis (TA), a form of social psychology that helps you understand your personality, how you interact with others and how past life events could be affecting your here-and-now experience of the world around you. Working with me can lead you to greater self-awareness, and increase your understanding of why you react to situations the way you do, leading to a healthier relationship with yourself, family, friends and work colleagues. You can lift depression, ease your anxiety and overcome other problems that can affect your mental wellbeing. You are in charge of your own therapy and the direction it takes. I won't tell you what to do or what not to do - therapy will give you the tools you need to make your own decisions about your life. Working together we can overcome negative thoughts and behaviour patterns that may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
