Once a member you can complete your Practitioner Directory listing by logging into your membership account and completing the form shown in the drop-down menu on this page. The form will only be accessible when you are logged into your membership account. 

 

This form allows qualified UKATA members to submit details of their practice. The directory is not currently available to members who are not qualified, even if you have been signed off for private practice by your supervisor.

Please complete the relevant details on the form and it will be added to the Practitioner Directory within 3 days of submission.
