I am a psychotherapist, supervisor, and trainer with a background in Transactional Analysis and Mentalization-Based approaches. My work is relational, reflective, and process-focused, with attention to how people make sense of themselves and others in the here-and-now.
I work with adults and couples presenting with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and questions of identity, meaning, and belonging. I have particular experience working cross-culturally and with clients who feel ‘stuck’ despite considerable insight or previous therapy.
As a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy), I also offer supervision and training. My clinical stance integrates contemporary TA with developmental and mentalizing perspectives, supporting both emotional depth and psychological flexibility.
I practice with sensitivity to culture, migration, and lived context, and aim to create a therapeutic relationship that is thoughtful, collaborative, and emotionally safe.
