I work relationally within an ecological framework. In my practice, I see clients with relationships, perinatal mental health related issues, figuring how to navigate an ADHD diagnosis, cross-cultural issues, identity (gender, religious, cultural, sexual).
I am passionate about perinatal mental health, mindfulness, relationships, LGBTQIA+ mental health, grief, loss and bereavement and education.
