When ethical dilemmas arise, we have Ethical Codes and principles to use as our reference point, however most ethical dilemmas are rooted in the unconscious.  Drawing on the work of Bond and Eusden, we will explore how we find ways of navigating unconscious process.  There will always be ethical dilemmas, the ethics codes give us an external compass and as supervisors we also need to find our own internal compass and help supervisees to do the same.
