Our national gathering does not function without delegates and the income we raise from ticket sales in advance of the event.  Whilst you are making your decision about whether to attend the National Conference, we wish to inform you about cancellation and refund policy to aid your decision making. 

 

Our general cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.

 

Delegate Cancellation*:

Cancellations up to 31 December, 100% refund, less £30.00 administration charge.

Cancellation January: 50% refund

Cancellation February: 25% refund

Cancellation March, April: 0% refund

 

UKATA Cancellation of ‘In-Person’ event:

100% refund

 

Government Cancellation of ‘In-Person’ event:

100% refund
