Workshop program exploring Co-Creative TA

This extensive program supported by Keith Tudor and Graeme Summers, the founders of co-creative TA, is being delivered by an international team of TA trainers who all use CCTA as a basis for their work.

The CCTA team comprises: Traian Bossenmayer (Romania), Berit Fahlén (Sweden), Bev Gibbons (UK), Nicole Lenner (Germany), Paul Robinson (UK), Graeme Summers (UK), James Sweeney (UK) and Keith Tudor (New Zealand) and represents all four fields of TA.

Two introductory sessions were delivered in November and December 2021, principally by Keith and Graeme. The program of focussed workshops launched on 16th December with a workshop exploring the CCTA tenet of Shared Responsibility and in the New Year with a session in January on the tenet of Present Centeredness.  Regular workshops during the first half of 2022 covered different aspects of CCTA.

About

The program

The program consists of four sections delivered in sequence to enable TA students and practitioners to build their knowledge and practice of CCTA in a logical sequence.

Section 1  (December through to February)

Explorations of the tenets of CCTA, including We-ness, Shared responsibility, Present centeredness, Unconditional positive regard, constructivism and field theory.

Section 2  (February through to April)

Specific CCTA and related models, including co-creative Script, partial/co-transferential transactions, integrating Adult, dynamic ego states and empathy.

Section 3 (April through to June)

Application of CCTA in practice, and across all fields of TA, including building relationships, supporting transformational change, dealing with trauma, working with children and supporting people with learning difficulties

Section 4  (June and July)

CCTA at the meta level: reflections on how CCTA comes together as a whole and the different perspectives that emerge when TA models are explored through a CCTA lens.

In the spirit of CCTA, the team will be pleased to receive suggestions and requests to deliver workshops of interest to the TA community. If you have a request for a workshop exploring a particular aspect or application of CCTA in practice, please e-mail your request, with some associated narrative, to Paul Robinson (bawdseypaul@gmail.com) and the team will do their best to respond and put on a relevant workshop

As there are limited numbers at all workshops, early registration is advised if you are interested in specific ones. All workshops will be recorded and will be accessible after the event.
