UKATA Conference 2026

Advancing Knowledge, Enhancing Practice, Connecting Minds

The next UKATA National Conference will take place at Eastwood Hall, Mansfield Road, Eastwood, Nottingham NG16 3SS on the weekend on the Friday 24 to Sunday 26 April 2026.

The UKATA National Conference offers workshops and activities suitable for students, qualified practitioners and people interested in furthering their knowledge of Transactional Analysis.

Tickets

The UKATA National Conference tickets will be on sale on this page from July 2025 and include the following tickets:

The Full Conference Ticket includes entrance to the 3-day conference, all pre-conference activity, daily keynote, workshops, lunch and refreshments, Friday evening buffet and Saturday gala dinner plus social activities. Sleeping accommodation is not included.

Individual Day Tickets include: all daily activity, lunch and refreshments but do not include the evening meal or social activity. Sleeping accommodation is not included.

UKATA members can access a discounted rate for the Full Conference Ticket or the Individual Day Tickets until 31 December 2025

Also available is the Training Organisation Ticket which is a group 'whole event' ticket that allows entry for 11 conference participants, from a single training organisation for the price of 10. Sleeping accommodation is not included.

To the individual day tickets, you can add a Friday Night Buffet Ticket or a Saturday Gala Dinner and Awards Ticket. This includes a three course Gala Dinner with pre-dinner reception, attendance at the UKATA Awards event, and evening social activity. This all takes place in the conference venue.

UKATA Conference Bursary

Each year we give members a chance to apply for ten individual Full Package tickets funded by UKATA this will take place in October 2026.

UKATA AGM

We hold our annual UKATA AGM at the national conference and in 2026 this will take place at 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Friday the 24th April 2026. This is a great way to hear how the organisation is performing, understand the opportunities to get involved and contribute to the UKATA forward strategy of the organisation.

If you are not attending the conference but would like to come to the AGM please contact office@uka4ta.co.uk for a free ticket to attend.

Accommodation

A discounted rate for bed and breakfast has been negotiated at the conference venue which you can book directly with the hotel from May 2025.  There is limited availability, and rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Booking instructions can be found on this page.

Conference delegates can also choose to stay in other accommodation in the area.  Details of local accommodation and any UKATA negotiated discounted rates can be found on this page.

Future UKATA National Conference Dates

Our conference dates are booked far in advance so make a note that in 2027 the conference will take place on the weekend of Friday 23 to Sunday 25 April 2027 and in 2028 the conference will take place on the weekend of Friday 21 to Sunday 23 April 2028. See you there.
