I work with a wide range of clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. You may be struggling with relationships, bereavement, depression, anxiety including obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, or life transitions (such as retirement, aging parents, career dissatisfaction, family conflicts). I am also a neurodivergent-informed and neurodivergent-affirming practitioner and parent.

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I enjoy supervising trainee practitioners and teaching Couples Counselling, TA & Neuroscience, and Working with Neurodivergence.
