I have been working as a therapist since the 1990s and using my broad range of experience, can offer people the skill and compassion needed to help them make changes in their lives.​

I believe that therapy isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about becoming the person you would have been if you hadn’t experienced difficulties along the way.

Having spent nearly 30 years in the TA arena I have gained a depth and breadth of experience, which includes working for 3 years in the TA cathexis community. I am a BPD (Borderline personality disorder) specialist and have spent 4 years running 2 groups a week for women who meet the criteria. I currently work in private practice offering 1:1 and group work.

I enjoy supervision as it gives me an opportunity to share my wealth of knowledge and experience to support people to develop their practice. In addition to being a PTSTA I have a Diploma in Integrative supervision.

I am also qualified as a professional coach & mentor and have worked in organisations as a coach, trainer and delivering 360 appraisal feedback.
