Who Am I Today? My Identity as a Supervisor Aspects of Supervision Workshop 1 

Join us in this experiential workshop and explore your identity as a supervisor. What do you believe about supervision and what it is for? How does that link to your personal philosophical core? How might that connect to and differ from your other roles such as therapist? Client? And more…As a new or an experienced supervisor there is lots to discover  

Who is this course for? 

This is for practitioners who are established on their journey as a mental health or helping professional. You will have had experience of supervision and will be interested in stepping into a supervisory role.  

Aspects of Supervision Workshop Series 

This series of five 2 hour workshops will take you on a deep dive into key aspects of supervision, covering identity, creativity, power, use of self and integration. You will take part in experiential learning, grounded in theory , as well as small and large group discussions. 

The series includes:  

My Identity as a Supervisor Creativity in Supervision, Power and Diversity in Supervision, Working at the Teach Treat Boundary in Supervision, Integration in supervision: Views from the Helicopter 

About the trainers: 

Bev Gibbons is a TSTA (Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst) in the field of psychotherapy. She has an MA In TA psychotherapy and BA Hons in integrative counselling. She is based in North Yorkshire, in the UK, as a trainer, supervisor and psychotherapist in private practice, and as a core trainer at TA Training Organisation based in Leeds, UK.  

Ronen Stilman TSTA has a psychotherapy and supervision private practice in Edinburgh. In addition he is a core tutor at Physis Scotland.
