Stage One This course offers comprehensive training in Transactional Analysis (TA) theory and its application to personal and professional contexts. It is foundational for various career paths, including psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, and consultancy. It also provides advanced professional development by integrating TA concepts and skills for individuals already qualified in other modalities.  

Over eleven weekends, participants delve into core TA concepts, including personality development, life scripts, ego states, communication, relationship patterns, and group dynamics. Practical counselling skills are taught from the outset, enabling immediate application in personal and professional interactions.  

The curriculum covers early childhood influences, attachment patterns, psychological hungers, behavioural drivers, reality distortion, and managing relationship dynamics. Throughout the year, participants engage in self-reflection, journaling, short presentations, and group discussions to deepen understanding and integrate learning.
