I trained in psychotherapy as a mature student, having worked previously as a nurse. My life experience , I believe, gives me perspective and enables me to remain grounded in the face of challenges.
I trained at the Wealden institute and at Metanoia, London where I gained my MSc and CTA qualifications.
I work with individuals and with couples and I run groups on behalf of a local hospice. I offer face to face sessions, in Forest Row, or on-line sessions.
