As a fully qualified and accredited counsellor I am professionally registered with the EATA, NCS, MBACP and work within their ethical framework. I also have formal Psychotherapy training and my theoretical modality is based in transactional analysis integrated with CBT and trauma work where relevant.

For several years I've been counselling individuals and couples from my private practice based in Kent, helping them understand who they are and how they interact with others. When you’re ready and at your own pace, we can work together to promote awareness, clarity and understanding of the problems and issues you are facing and how they may have been shaped by your life experiences. Our aim will be to explore what’s going on for you and move you forward to the changes you desire for yourself and your future.

In addition I have clinical experience working with survivors of domestic abuse and crime, as well as those caring for or dealing with their own mortality, loss or bereavement.
