I am based in my home in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire and offer both face-to-face and online sessions. I work with individuals and couples.
I work from a Classical TA perspective with elements from the Integrative School. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a crucial aspect of psychotherapy and my intuitive and empathic approach creates the safe space for clients to explore their difficulties, deepen their self awareness and understanding. I hold the concept of the 3 P’s (Permission, Protection and Potency) as a key part of my own philosophy and through which, I believe clients can feel empowered and strengthen their autonomy.
