If you are thinking about therapy, you may have a sense that ‘something isn’t right’, or you may have a clear goal or issue in mind. Wherever you may place yourself on that scale, therapy offers a safe, containing, and resourcing space. One where you feel supported in working through an issue that you are experiencing.

I value the unique perspective, experience, and identity of each person I work with. I work inclusively, with a neurodiversity-affirming ethos. Valuing the needs, preferences, interests, communication styles of the people I work with.

I use a range of styles and approaches to find the way of working that feels right for each client. Working together to discover and make meaning of their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am interested in finding what suits the needs and preferences of each client. Using a range of approaches, styles, and modalities in addition to my transactional analysis training, to move with the client throughout our work together in therapy.

We can explore what matters to you in an environment where it is safe, where you are welcome, and you feel supported. Where you can experience a healing relationship, and where parts of you feel free to emerge and grow, without stigma or shame.
