I work with a range of issues with people from all backgrounds and cultures on a short, medium, or long-term basis, as agreed using a mix of techniques and models with Transactional Analysis being the main focus.

In my work I provide a safe, containing, confidential and empathic space, in which we can explore whatever it is that has brought you into therapy. This is a collaborative endeavour towards creating lasting change by maintaining a clear focus on agreed goals.
