I offer a compassionate and supportive therapeutic space grounded in TA, focused on people's sense of self, their identity and the capacity to live life authentically and identity. I work with people for either short or long term work. I offer therapy to adult individuals and couples, in-person and online.

Though I work integratively utilising many theories and concepts from the different schools of TA, my work predominantly reflects the approaches of Classical and Relational TA.

Besides my private work I am the Counselling Service Manager for MindOut, an LGBTQ+ charity in Brighton. I oversee and support over 20 counsellors in their counsellor placement work.

I work with trainee counsellors on TA courses.
