I am Olha Poliakh, a Certified Transactional Analyst in Psychotherapy with the European Association for Transactional Analysis. I have also completed the 2nd stage of training at the French Institute of Gestalt Therapy (IFGT). With a Master's degree in Psychology, I integrate both methodologies into my practice.

Originally from Ukraine, I have been residing in England since 2022 and primarily conduct my sessions online via Zoom. I work fluently in Russian and Ukrainian, understanding both languages perfectly.

My expertise lies in assisting Ukrainians who have either left the country or remained in the combat zone. I specialize in addressing trauma, crisis outcomes, anxiety, depression, PTSD, coping with loss, immigration challenges, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, and other related concerns.
