I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist based in St Helier, Jersey. My work is rooted in Transactional Analysis and guided by values of authenticity, compassion, and human connection. I offer a warm, attuned space where clients can gently explore the layers of their experience and begin to reconnect with their own sense of vitality and wholeness.

I work with adults navigating trauma, loss and bereavement, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. My approach integrates somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, mindfulness, and attachment-based theory within a deeply relational frame. I believe that meaningful change arises through presence, trust, and the courage to be met as we are, in both our pain and our potential.

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone. To support this, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces for those who may find my standard rate difficult to afford.
