Hello, I am Lynn (she/her), a psychotherapist in advanced clinical training. I have completed 4 years core training with Physis Training in Edinburgh (now Physis Scotland) and am a EATA Contractual Trainee working towards my Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) qualification and UKCP accreditation. I work with adults, in person, in the Aberdeen area.

I have over 30 years of experience in the education and social care sectors working with individuals and groups and have been working with clients therapeutically since 2016. I have regular supervision and maintain my professional development through regularly attending CPD workshops, training and conferences.

My client work encompasses issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work stress, relationship difficulties and the many other challenges that life offers us. You may be considering therapy as your old ways of coping are no longer working or you may be experiencing a specific life event that is providing you with significant challenge. You may also be interested in exploring yourself and your ways of being in the world at a deeper level. I see my role as being alongside you on your journey and supporting you to explore your personal history and your options for supporting yourself through your challenges.
