Hello, I'm Louise and I have been in private practice since 2018. I create a safe and inclusive space that is accepting and empowering for all people. I help people to increase understanding of themselves and how their past impacts their present. Then increase understanding of how they can help and support themselves in the here and now so that they become free to live a full life in the present and future.

I am committed to attending regular training and CPD and learning more about how I can help people. I have completed training in working with trauma, eating disorders and personality disorders as well as attending conferences.

I can arrange a 15 minute phone consultation to talk more about how I can help you and answer any questions you may have about therapy. Then I can book an in person or online appointment. I work five days a week and my working hours are;
Monday 9-5:30-in person or online/phone
Tuesday 1:30-8:30-in person or online/phone
Wednesday 9-3-online/phone
Thursday 1:30-8:30-in person or online/phone
Friday 9-5:30-in person or online/phone
