I have been working with clients therapeutically for nearly a decade in the charitable sector, in both PF Counselling and Cross-reach Addiction Service in Edinburgh. During this time my client work encompasses issues such as addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work stress and relationship difficulties. I have many years of senior leadership experience in the corporate world, and with that a tangible understanding of the stress, anxiety and other work-related challenges that this can bring.
