About me and my practice:
In addition to offering psychotherapy and supervision, having worked in the Financial Services Sector for over 26 years specialising in people resource management, I bring career and personal development coaching to my practice. I am also experienced in working with clients who want to improve their general health and wellbeing and relationship with food and exercise.
