As a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I offer support for adults on a short, medium, and long-term basis.
Whether you are struggling with a specific issue from your past or present, or the build-up of day-to-day life, I offer a safe therapeutic space where we can work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to achieve understanding and change for you.
I offer sessions online, indoor face-to-face (Brighton), or outdoor walk & talk (Brighton & surrounding area).
