Becoming you was set up in 2017 by John Fleming. John's vision is all about crating safe spaces for people to explore themselves intellectually, emotionally, somatically and spiritually.

Becoming you offers a variety of 1:1 intensives & sessions, groupwork and residential & non residential retreats for people to immerse themselves in a therapeutic journey where they can rise, leap and breakthrough into wellbeing.

Additionally, John offers 1:1 advanced neuro-technology treatments, personal & professional development programmes and supervision.


About John

I live by the sea in wonderful West Cork. The West Cork community is an incredibly diverse melting pot of people that mix cultures, faiths, values, ways of living and traditions. Growing up in this community has really shaped and moulded who I am today. My view of the world and the core values I now hold have been influenced strongly by this community, leading me to go out into the world in search of a multidisciplinary approach to healing.

Now return to West Cork with a diverse set of skills that support myself and others in becoming well through transformational growth integrating modalities rooted in psychotherapy, systemic coaching and body work.

I am a professionally qualified and registered Counsellor with BACP (MBACP) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF.

I am also an EMDR Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Neurofeedback Brain Trainer, Audio Visual Relaxation Therapy Provider and Shamanism Practitioner. and Personal Development Educator. I also have a background in holistic therapy such as massage and reflexology and a keen interest in eco therapy, canine assisted therapy, breathwork, bodywork and cold immersion therapy,
