I'm a qualified and experienced practitioner and hold the UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis Practice. I offer both counselling and psychotherapy from my quiet and comfortable therapy space in Oulton, Leeds, working with clients from 18 years upwards. I can support you with a wide range of challenges, including; trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, identity issues, depression and anxiety.

Working as an integrative therapist from a relational perspective, I can support you to find a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. We all have a story to tell and I'm interested to hear yours and how it might be impacting you today. You will have a space to talk, reflect, understand your thoughts and feelings, increasing your awareness and exploring your options.
