I have a warm and conversational approach. I offer a confidential, safe, and compassionate space to support you while we work together exploring and gaining insights into your thoughts, feelings, and behavioural patterns.
I believe talking therapy is a powerful tool that allows you to pause, to think, to feel and gain insight into the narrative you have written about who you are and who you are with others.
I use my own life experience to bring empathy and potency to my work and the therapeutic relationship.
I sit alongside you in the process and work at your pace. Each week sessions can be focussed on what you need support with or issue you wish to explore, we discuss what’s happening in the present and the past, or we can discuss something unexpected that has come up that week.
Mental health is no longer a societal taboo and now considered a priority in life. I have always had avid interest in how we have come to be the way we are.
I continue to learn and develop my theoretical and practical toolkit to be an effective and skilled Practitioner.
