I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, offering empathetic and compassionate support to individuals. I believe that counselling provides a space in which we can explore painful experiences and difficulties, find meaning, and a way forward in our lives.
My practice and approach are non-judgmental and respectful of the individual’s experience, and whether you are seeking clarity or change, or help during a difficult and painful time, I aim to support you.

My counselling experience includes working with: childhood trauma; bereavement; anxiety and depression; habitual worry, and obsession (OCD); relationship and family issues; coping with significant life changes; cultural issues; stress; and low self-esteem.
