Hello. I’m Camilla, a Psychotherapist trained in the modality of Transactional Analysis (TA).

I am deeply committed to this work, particularly the therapeutic relationship as I believe that it is this that facilitates healing.

I am compassionate, empathetic and sensitive (HSP informed) to the needs of clients.

I bring 20 years experience as a Lecturer of Psychology, alongside experience of motherhood, marriage and my own transformative therapeutic journey.

I am passionate about perceptions around neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and how it is understood and diagnosed.

My degree in Philosophy and Psychology significantly influences the way that I practice – I have a particular interest in existential concerns.

I live in Kendal with my husband, three daughters and much loved dog. I love reading, walking and watching documentaries.
