Hello, I'm Andrea and I am a Certified Transactional Analyst and UKCP registered Psychotherapist working with individuals aged 16 and over. I am based in Benenden in Kent and specialise in anxiety and depression.

I do not have a magic wand and I cannot "fix" your problems for you, but I am a highly trained psychotherapist with extensive experience of helping people with anxiety and depression. I can work with you to unpick why you are feeling depressed and anxious and give you the support and structure you need to make positive changes.

I offer face-to-face appointments from my consulting room in Benenden, in addition to online sessions using zoom.
