Co Author of the popular TA books ‘TA Today’ and ‘Personality Adaptations’, Vann Joines, will present this 2 hour webinar to focus on material from his new book ‘Insight Out’ which explores how the Personality Adaptation theory can be applied to relationships. This workshop will be useful for both personal and professional application.

Vann says: I believe the best way to help people understand why we behave as we do and how to make desired changes in our lives and relationships is to look at how we adapt our behaviour in childhood in order to survive and meet the expectations of our caretakers.

While these adaptations serve us well as children, they are often self-limiting in adulthood and need to be updated in order to achieve the life and relationships we truly desire. Each of our adaptations is unique and has a specific way of relating to the world.

We have difficulty understanding our partners and others because we have different adaptations and don’t relate the same way. By understanding how each adaptation develops and relates we can put our best self forward and know how to develop quality relationships with all.
