Hi there. My passion as a psychotherapist comes from my desire to see "the other" set free, emancipated, to be fully who they are, and were meant to be!

Clients: I tend to work in an integrated way with clients. Together, we can gently explore what you might need and then find creative and bespoke ways to support you in moving towards psychological relief and meaning-making. Modalities I use include Transactional Analysis, Humanistic approaches, CBT, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Couples: I have worked with couples for many years, utilising a range of approaches tailored to each couple's needs. I work with a whole range of people from the LGBTQ+ spectrum and same-sex couples.

Supervisees: I am a highly experienced clinical supervisor, and the same philosophy applies to supporting supervisees in becoming the best practitioners they can be. I am interested in the therapist's professional identity and philosophy, and I hope to provide a supervisory environment that is full of emancipation, spaciousness, and freedom. Every practitioner is different, and I hope to celebrate your development as a practitioner in your way.
