I have a broad experience of with depression, bereavement, and a wide range of other issues. I have 28 years of experience working with anyone who want to improve the quality of their life, including their relationships with others.

Having worked with a wide spectrum of issues and problems, I offer a non-judgemental, non-shaming space and explore why a persons life is the way it is, what they would like to change, and during this process a way forward most often emerges.

I have also studied with the Institute of Group Analysis, and at The School of Infant Mental Health on their Parent Infant Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for three years.

I have had 28 years of personal therapy.
