About the event
How can we manage my energy to assure that we have enough to cover my days, duties, and responsibilities and some left over to switch off and play. How can we gain energy? What works for me?
The workshop is designed to understand different types of energy draining you.
When we are tired often we think we need a good night sleep. What if that’s not enough? What if we cannot rest our tiredness by sleep? What kind of tiredness are present in our lives? How can we rest these out? What can we do to maintain our physical, emotional, psychological and mental energy?
We will be looking at how to draw this together with client work supporting / educating clients to find their own ways of managing their energy and learn to play.
