TA Training Organisation is based in North West Leeds. Our approach is to offer a training experience that is exciting, lively, liberating and well structured. Our learning philosophy is based on the core idea in TA that people can think for themselves. TA Training Organisation offers TA training at all levels. We run TA101 courses regularly and also offer more advanced workshops; Practitioner Days and Supervision Days. For longer term clinical training, our 3 year taught diploma, a European and UK accredited programme in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, leads to a Diploma in Transactional Analysis. WWICP is a small rural training establishment in Pembrokeshire. We offer an intimate and stimulating training experience in a beautiful natural environment where we can attend to the individual needs of the trainee. The closeness of nature is an integral part of this RTE as the centre is surrounded by fields and woods.
Rosalind Sharples serves on the UKATA council and some committees. This insures that though the RTE might be geographically distant, the culture of the RTE is connected to the most recent developments within our organisation. Through this there is a wider sense of belonging and connectedness to the larger community of Transactional Analysts nationally and internationally. To keep new ideas pollinating our curriculum, we host trainers from further afield to offer training.
We aim to provide the highest standards possible for training through a rigorous and robust backbone of theory taught through sharing concepts, discussion, guided self-reflection, research and practical experience. WWICP trainees are invited to question, develop and put their own ideas into practice. The ethos of the training is non-judgemental, an ethos that invites curiosity and courage.
We attract trainees from our local area and from further afield as we provide facilities for both camping and overnight stays.
