My practice is set in the beautiful Balbirnie Park, in Markinch, which offers a space to explore your needs. I also work online.

It is my belief that we can alter how we are and feel in our lives to improve the quality of our experience of life.

I have been a practising psychotherapist for over 20 years and I am UKCP Accredited. I have experience of working with a wide range of different issues and I am happy to have a chat on the phone to see if we might like to work together - if I believe I am not the right psychotherapist for you, or that I do not have the necessary skills, I would let you know.

I am a Provisional Supervising and Teaching Transactional Analyst and also a COSCA Accredited Trainer at both Counselling Skills and Diploma level. I facilitate both individual and group supervision, clinical and workplace.
