I have been in private practice for around 9 years and have also worked for The Youth Counselling Project for 4 years as their lead counsellor. I have experience working with adults and adolescent's for a range of mental health issues. I offer Psychotherapeutic Counselling using a relational approach. My primary mode of therapy is Transactional Analysis (TA), which incorporates a number of schools of TA therapy, all with the aim of facilitating change. My clients lead the sessions to ensure that their needs are front and centre at all times. I may, on occasions, offer psychoeducation (use recognised models and activities to aid self-reflection or help build healthy coping strategies).
