Quote from Jan Baker, Chair of Membership Services Committee UKATA, (who attended the training):
‘I appreciated the way the content was delivered and emerged in a timely and relevant way to meet the needs of the group. I also appreciated Mamood’s input was kept to a sensitive minimum, guiding direction without directing the discussion.
This was a life changing course for me which enabled me to really and honestly address issues that I have avoided albeit unconsciously’
My name is Mamood Ahmad, and I am the founder of “The Antidiscrimination Foundation” (TADF.co.uk) which provides diversity and anti-discrimination focused consultancy & training services to training institutes and individuals.
We have developed a standards-based core training curriculum for all trainees and therapists which we have used to train over a 100 people so far. Further, it is being delivered through several training providers/platforms including National Counselling Society, Counselling Tutor, & Onlinevents (more TBA).
It can be delivered by our trainers or yours with delivery blended online, face to face as well as using self-paced online training lectures and resources. We also offer assessment services and train the trainer certification if needed. I invite you to the Taster Event for UKATA members, where I will cover Major Themes and look forward to an interesting discussion together. (Contact: email@example.com, tadf.co.uk)
