Emotional literacy (1996) can seem far too daunting when we or our clients are disassociated from feelings or our bodily responses. In this workshop we will draw from both physiological and phycological fields theories and practices to support clients make sense of and unstick some of their feelings. We will consider the Vasomotoric Cycle (Eiden, 2002), Efferent Distribution of Primary Regulatory Networks (Perry, 2010), as well as Emotional Literacy (Stiner, 1996), and Rackets.
