Our one day retreat is an introduction to  retreats with Sana aimed at Counsellors and Psychotherapists that find themselves working in isolation.     

Our moto is refresh, revive, renew.  

The day starts at 10am  where meet and greet happens in our lounge over coffee and refreshments.

From here on in there are options

• Groups get together to get to know and bond   either in doors or whilst exploring the nature reserve and surrounding country side
• Informal watercolour painting or acrylic painting class (bring your own paints or buy a set at retreat)
• An introduction to Transactional Analysis - A greater awarenss of you.
• Use of the hot tub in groups of 6
• Learn the basic Jive
• Cricut crafting 
• Meet the bees, chickens and ducks.
• Kurling new age game
• Free time to socialise
• Poetry writing
• Yoga
• Expressive dance
• Wreath making (Christmas retreat only)
• Bar will be open from 3pm
• Option to  arrive the night before or after and stay overnight  we aim to finish around 5pm on the day.  

For those staying over check out time will be 10am the next day.  

Those staying over can book for Hot stone or Indian head massage (costs extra)        

Please note not everything will be available every retreat day please see dates for what is available when. To keep costs down we offer space for you to eat your own food for lunch. For those that stay over there are several local pubs for evening meal. For those that stay over a light breakfast is provided     

June 17th - Watercolour/Acrylic class  

Getting to know you activity outdoor weather permitting.  

£50 for the day.  

Day and one night stay £125 most rooms are kings size bed one bedroom has 2 single bed so there is an option to share a room. See below for rooms.  

Day and two nights stay Friday and Saturday £200     

We have a ground floor wheelchair accessible room with ensuite with grab bars installed in bathroom.
