Join Sarah Devine (PTSTA) for a two day introduction to taking therapy outside/ecotherapy. This highly experiential two-day workshop goes into depth about Outdoor Therapy as a practice. It considers what Ecological Practice is and why a therapist might decide to engage with it, as well as looking at the research & evidence base for working therapeutically outdoors.

Sarah works in a co-creative, organic way learning with the group, this means that the topics covered will evolve as you work and may not be exactly as outlined.

Topics covered include: definitions and language, frame of reference, script & protocol, psychological hungers: Biophillia and practical Implications. There will be opportunities for participants to engage with creative exercises inside the training room and outdoors.
