Connexus Institute offers a transformative part-time Leadership and Organisational Development Diploma using Transactional Analysis (TA). Delivered over ten weekends in Hove, this programme provides tools for excelling in leadership and organisational development.  TA illuminates key organisational elements, impacting behaviour, dynamics, culture, and performance. It provides relevant language and tools for addressing organisational roles and challenges. This programme helps you understand yourself and others, enhancing effectiveness in your organisational setting.  This course benefits leaders, managers, consultants, business owners, and HR, L&D, Change Management, and OD practitioners. 

It helps: 

• See work challenges anew, understand intervention points, and develop a new skill set.
• Increase self-awareness and effectiveness.
• Address current organisational issues like rapid change, hybrid working, leadership, power, and team dynamics.  

The program runs over weekends to fit around work commitments. Year A involves 120 hours over ten weekends, covering communication, team building, coaching, psychological safety, ethics, and adult learning. Year B, also 120 hours, includes advanced topics like leadership, diversity, organisational culture, and change management.  Assessments for each year include a 2,000-word assignment, a reflective journal, and a 1:1 learning review. Year B adds a presentation of a recorded work session.  

Diploma Requirements

• 240 hours of TA training..
• 200 hours of applying theory to work.
• 40 hours of supervision (20 with a qualified TA supervisor).
• A 5,000-word case study and an oral viva.  

Graduates receive a Connexus Diploma in Leadership and Organisational Development using TA, ready to apply their knowledge and skills in their professional settings. Additional fees apply for assessments.
