This two-year Transactional Analysis (TA) Supervision and Training program is designed for practitioners stepping into the roles of supervisor and trainer, offering a structured yet reflective path toward professional qualification.

Year 1 focuses on foundational identity development, exploring TA philosophy, ethics, and the shifting dynamics from practitioner to trainer/supervisor, all within the context of cultural, systemic, and ecological influences. Participants engage with concepts such as transformational learning, contracting, and supervision models, fostering clarity in role definition and ethical practice.

Year 2 builds on this foundation with an emphasis on complexity, integration, and advanced development. It addresses ethical ambiguity, leadership projections, exam preparation, and the design of original supervision and teaching models. Through experiential learning, critical reflection, and collaborative support, the program equips participants with the skills, confidence, and personal philosophy needed to train and supervise effectively within the TA community.
